Dave was President and owner of Kingman Building Company for 25 years during which they built and sold over 475 homes. His expertise covers all areas of residential development and construction including project management, project costing, and subcontractor management. Dave has served as Project Manager over new home construction for TruNorth Properties since April 2017. He enjoys the outdoors and has served on the boards of multiple conservation organizations. He enjoys skiing, hiking, backpacking and fishing.
